Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hirion (“Hirion”, “we”, “us”) and the service available at hirion.ch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Hirion is an AI job-matching service for the Swiss market. We scan career pages and job sources, score openings against your CV and preferences, and notify you of relevant matches by email. Matches are automated suggestions to help you discover opportunities. We do not guarantee that any match will lead to an application, interview, or job offer, and we are not a recruiter, employment agency, or party to any hiring decision.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hirion. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity under your account.

Hirion offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. We may change plan features or pricing, and will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share, or another person’s data without their permission.

Job listings are aggregated from public career pages and job sources. We do not control those listings and cannot guarantee that any posting is accurate, current, or still open; a role may be filled or withdrawn by the employer after we surface it. Applications are made directly with the employer, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Hirion, its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You retain ownership of the CV and content you upload, and grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that matches will be complete, error-free, or suited to your needs, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hirion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the courts at our registered seat have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
